Senior Director of Adoptions

Marsha's journey in human services began through a profound calling from the Lord and life experiences that shaped her passion for serving others. A life-changing encounter with God set her on a path of ministering to vulnerable women and families in a variety of settings, always pointing them to the hope and healing found in Jesus Christ.

Her ministry began working with women and men who had experienced abortion and were struggling with grief and regret. Through mentoring relationships and involvement in abortion recovery retreats, Marsha witnessed countless lives transformed through God's healing grace. During this time, she felt called to establish and lead a pregnancy resource center, which opened in 2000 and continues to serve families successfully today.

Throughout her career, Marsha has had the privilege of serving victims of sexual assault and domestic violence, helping launch several nonprofit organizations, and, alongside her husband, ministering to men and women seeking healing from childhood wounds and life challenges. A consistent theme throughout her life's work has been caring for those who feel hopeless, lost, or forgotten and guiding them to the One who saves, heals, and restores.

Marsha joined Christian Adoption Services (CAS) in 2016 and has served in several leadership roles. She became Director of Domestic Adoptions in October 2021 and was named Senior Director of Adoptions in July 2026. She finds her greatest fulfillment in leading and empowering a dedicated team that serves children and families with excellence, compassion, and Christ-centered purpose. Marsha believes that when the CAS team is faithfully walking in its calling, the mission of "Bringing Children Home" is accomplished with both joy and passion.

"It is a privilege to serve in an organization that puts Christ first in all we do," Marsha says.

Marsha and her husband, John, have been married for 19 years. Together they are blessed with five children, wonderful sons- and daughters-in-law, several grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. She considers the love and support of her family an essential part of her ability to serve in this sacred work.
