Meet Sheryl Naylor

Sheryl is the Executive Director of Domestic Adoptions at Christian Adoption Services where she has served in various roles since 2000. Sheryl graduated from North Carolina Wesleyan College with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Sociology in 1992. Serving over 20 years in the adoption field and nearly 30 in child welfare in total, Sheryl has gained most of her knowledge through real-life work and personal experiences. Sheryl is passionately pro-life and unashamedly speaks up for those who cannot speak up for themselves. 

Providing ethical, legal, Christ-centered adoption services to all members of the adoption triad is paramount to being in a leadership role for Sheryl. Sheryl desires to serve with conviction and seeks to surpass industry standards for those CAS is blessed to serve. She was recognized as a recipient of the Congressional Angel in Adoption award in 2005 in Washington DC. 

Sheryl has been married to Ed Naylor for over 30 years. They are the proud parents of two adult children, a daughter-in-law and are also blessed with a grandson. When not working, Sheryl enjoys spending time with family and friends at the beach and boating.
