Regina’s career at at Baptist Children’s Homes of NC began more than 30 years ago, starting out as a cottage parent at Care House for teen mothers and their babies. She has held many positions within the ministry as well as receiving her Masters in Religious Education from Duke Divinity School since her time at the Care House. Most recently she has joined the Christian Adoption Services team as the Senior Director of Adoptions and International Ministries.

Regina loves dogs and has two golden retrievers Ralph and Ruthie.  She also enjoys traveling with friends and family and is currently learning Spanish to be better equipped for international ministries.  To relax outside of work, she bakes and plays the piano -- especially hymns which she has loved for a lifetime.

She believes God has called her to help others be able to fulfill their call to ministry of serving children and families, and that’s exactly what she is doing as she leads our ministry in connecting vulnerable children with Christian families.
