Laura is the Executive Director of International Adoptions at Christian Adoption Services, a ministry of Baptist Children’s Homes of NC, Inc. Laura has served in the agency’s international and domestic programs since 2014. Laura received her Bachelors of Social Work degree in 2003 and then her Masters of Social Work degree in 2004, both from Monmouth University.

Laura felt called to serve in the adoption field twenty-five years ago after the Lord blessed her with her first child and she made the decision to place her for adoption. Laura is delighted to have an open adoption and will forever be grateful for the adoption story the Lord has so beautifully written in their lives.

When Laura isn’t busy overseeing the international adoption program and compliance of the agency, she is spending her time with her husband Mike and their children. They have been married 17 years and, together, they have four teenage children who keep the family busy with a multitude of sports teams and events. Laura loves being able to serve at CAS and has a passion to see the ministry grow. She loves the Lord and believes it is a gift to be able to serve Him in the ministry of adoption.
