Sheila & Zach
Hello! We are Zach and Sheila. Thank you for taking the time to get to know us a little better. We have a deep desire to raise a child in a Godly home, and to surround them with family and friends who will love them dearly. Zach grew up in North Carolina, and Sheila in Florida. We met while working at a youth Christian camp during our high school summers, and started dating long distance in college. Sheila moved to North Carolina, where we got married in 2011. Zach graduated with a degree in computer engineering, and loves developing software. Sheila graduated with her teaching degree, and has worked with children of all ages, but primarily with high school students. Sheila was also a nanny for two young children for several years. We love to be with our families, be active, travel and try new things!
We are excited to welcome to our family a boy, girl, or twins (of any gender combination), newborn to three months, through open, semi-open or closed adoption.
DEAR EXPECTANT MOTHER
Thank you for taking the time to get to know us. Our hearts are full of excitement and joy. We pray every night for our future family, and look forward to the journey ahead! We have tried for many years to start a family, but have come to realize that the only way that can happen is through the blessing of adoption. We know you have many considerations and decisions to make. Please know that we are praying for you, and appreciate all that you are doing.
What Sheila says about Zach: Zach has a very outgoing personality, and a servant's heart! He is the middle of three children, and currently works with a computer software company. He is very active, enjoys sports, and loves being outside. I love his adventurous spirit , how he can make a game out if anything, and his strong desire to take care of others. I know that he will be an amazing and caring father, and can't wait to see our family grow!
What Zach says about Sheila: Sheila has the kindest heart of anyone I have ever known. She amazes me daily with her love and affection toward others. Sheila works as a school teacher at a Private Christian School. I love how she is not just there to teach her students, but she is also there to mentor and pour out her heart for them. Though, I would not consider Sheila to be an extrovert, she is always ready to volunteer and lend a helping hand, even when she is not asked. She truly has a servant's heart!
