Kathryn & Glenn
We are so excited to see our family grow through adoption AND most importantly, we are so thankful that you are making such a brave, courageous decision for your baby. We both grew up in loving homes in Georgia and met in college at the University of Georgia. Glen is pretty confident that Kathryn saw him in his workout clothes and fell in love, and she respectfully disagrees. But one thing we did agree on was our faith in Jesus, which has been the center of our relationship since. We’ve been married for ten years now and have seen our marriage grow stronger and stronger through many adventures and trials. We have been blessed with two wonderful children, and we know God is leading us to adoption. He has spoken to us through His Word, our friends, and our experiences; and we know His plan has already been made. We love to travel, cook, be with friends and family and cheer for our favorite college football team. But what we love to do the most is to be PARENTS. Parenthood has given us a glimpse of how much God loves us as His children, because we can’t imagine loving anything or anyone more than our kids. We have learned that we would truly do ANYTHING for them and for our future child. Natalie is a spunky, loving 4 year old girl who loves sparkly skirts, running everywhere, and using her imagination. And Graham is a cuddly, energetic 2 year old boy who loves his trucks and is a big flirt. They are such sweet children and are very excited to welcome home their new brother or sister! We look forward to meeting you and are praying for you and your baby often.
We are excited to welcome to our family a boy or girl, birth to six months, through open, semi-open or closed adoption.
DEAR EXPECTANT MOTHER
Thank you for taking the time to get to know our family. We are so thankful for the chance to share our lives with you and most importantly the love that we have for our kids, and the child that God will share with us in the near future. We are excited that we have been called by God to adoption and we feel so grateful that we will be able to share that love with you if you feel called to choose our family. We are a family that loves to smile, laugh, encourage and do everything together. Our kids Natalie (4) and Graham (2) are the loves of our lives and bring us so much joy. The depth of the care that we have for our children only makes us even more excited about sharing that love. We met at the University of Georgia while on a bike ride to raise funds for a college ministry that we both attended. We love college football and especially our Georgia Bulldogs. We have been married for over 10 years now and love to spend time together, doing everything. Kathryn is a pediatric Nurse Anesthetist at a local hospital and Glen is a General Manager for an IT consulting firm. We both enjoy our jobs very much. In our free time we both enjoy working out as well as spending time with friends in our neighborhood and at church. Most of all we enjoy spending time with Graham and Natalie doing just about anything that brings a smile and laughter to their faces. Their favorite things to do include: playing in the bounce house, swinging / sliding at the park, gymnastics, ballet, and swimming at the pool in the summer. Even though we have not met as of yet, we know that you are a brave, strong and courageous woman. You are making a decision that we are eternally grateful for and we know that God is looking at you at this very moment with love. We hope you feel the peace of God as you walk through this difficult decision and time. Thank you for considering our family as a home for your little baby. You have our commitment that we will both love him/her as our own for all our lives and always include you in his/her very special story.
