Kate & Richard

Our story started when Kate heard Richard pray during our college years. Even before marriage we shared a desire to adopt, not realizing that it would be the only way our family could grow! We have been married thirteen years and have a beautiful little girl through embryo adoption. Caroline is looking forward to having a baby in the family as much as Richard and Kate! With Richard being a pastor, and Kate staying at home full time, our life is marked by ministry and family. We love practicing hospitality as well as going on adventures. We enjoy creating a memorable meal and sharing it with others. Richard is great at handyman projects and enjoys swimming for exercise. Kate enjoys capturing our life through photography and crafting. Our home is full of love and life, and we look forward to sharing that with another child.

We are excited to welcome to our home a boy or girl, newborn to three months, through open, semi-open or closed adoption.

DEAR EXPECTANT MOTHER

Precious Friend,

Thank you for taking the time and energy to consider our family as you make plans for your child's future. We are praying for you and the baby you are faithfully carrying in your womb and your heart. For each child that becomes a member of our family, we are praying that God would work in their lives to be healthy, happy, whole and holy in Jesus Christ. We are grateful, along with our families, that the gift of adoption makes these prayers possible as we would not be able to have children without adoption. May you have clarity and peace as you continue on this journey. Know that you are loved and prayed for!

With love and gratitude,
Richard, Kate and Caroline
