DEAR EXPECTANT MOTHER

Dear Expectant Mother,
We want you to know that we admire and respect you for choosing adoption for your baby. You are a strong woman to be making such a selfless decision. We believe that God makes no mistakes. He has a plan and a purpose for your life and for your baby’s life. We have been praying for you and your child; that God would give you an overwhelming peace during this season of your life.

We are incredibly thankful that God called us to adopt. Adoption is something that has been growing in our hearts over our 4 years of marriage. We have 2 nieces who are adopted and we know the enormous amount of love that we have for them, as their Aunt and Uncle. After dealing with infertility, God gave us an overwhelming peace about not being able to conceive and led us whole heartedly into adoption. We want to be apart of the miracle of adoption and are fascinated with the way it ties into the gospel. As Christians we are all related sons and daughters of Christ. Our desire to be parents is so strong. We know that God already has a baby picked out for us. If you feel that God is leading you to us, we want you to know that we will pour every ounce of love that we have out on this precious child from God. We promise to be open with this child about their adoption. We will make sure that he/she knows the selfless decision you made to give them life and a family was out of pure love and good intention for them. It would be an honor to get to meet with you. We will continue to pray for God to give you comfort and peace that transcends all understanding.

With love,
Ross & Julia

What Ross says about Julia
Julia is 25 years old. She is the most amazing woman that I have ever met! She is loving, caring and nurturing. She is my biggest encourager. Julia enjoys spending time with our extended family, who thankfully live close by. She loves children and can’t wait to be a mommy. She plays with and reads to our nieces and nephews. They love their Aunt Julia. I know that Julia was born to be a mom. I love seeing her eyes light up and the smile on her face when she is around children. She loves on our friend’s and family’s kids as if they are her own. All children are so precious to Julia. She is going to be a devoted mom. Julia will sing with our child, keep their hair looking top notch, since she is a hairstylist. She will also teach our child, pray with them and help guide them down the right path. Julia loves to go on walks at the park or in our neighborhood with myself and our 2 dogs. She enjoys baking brownies and cookies. We both enjoy laughing and bonding while we cook meals together. God and family are the top priorities in Julia’s life and anyone who knows her will attest to that.

What Julia says about Ross
Ross is 27 years old. He is the most loving man I have ever met! His heart is full of kindness and compassion. He is such a family man. Spending time with our extended family is very important to him. Our nieces and nephews love their fun Uncle Ross. They climb on him like he is a jungle gym. Ross is my biggest supporter and encourager. He has been my best friend for 9 years. He leads us in prayer multiple times a day, as well as devotionals daily. Ross will be the best daddy. He will help teach our child, lead our family, and listen to them with a kind Godly manner. He talks about how he cannot wait to be a daddy. He looks forward to playing with our child and taking them on fun outings such as to the park, zoo, mountains, lake, and beach! Ross is very active and loves to have fun and laugh. We enjoy cooking meals together. Ross especially likes to grill out. He makes an effort to sit down at the table and eat dinner with me every night, no matter what he may have going on that day. God and family are the two most important things in Ross’s life, and that is visible to anyone who knows him.
